Popovers
A standard recipe which works very well in the special popover cups given to me by Mom.
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- splash salt
- Preheat the oven containing the dry popover pan to 425°.
- Combine the ingredients with a whisk.
- Brush a tablespoon of butter into each cup moistening the sides.
- Divide the batter among the six cups. Bake 15 minutes at 425° and then 20 minutes at 325°.
