Crème Caramel

 

Minimally adapted from Julia vol 1.  Makes 8 8oz ramekins.

 

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
